Return & Refund Policy

While we take utmost care in processing every order, we understand that certain circumstances may require returns or refunds. This policy outlines the process and conditions in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and applicable laws of India.

Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
• The item is leaked, broken, or has a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.
• The issue is reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To verify the claim, customers must provide:

• An unboxing video showing the courier package being opened, from the moment the parcel is received until the product is clearly visible. (This means the video should capture the opening of the outer courier packet or box, not the product’s own sealed packaging.)
• Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product, along with the invoice or proof of purchase.

Once the claim is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed based on eligibility and product availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only after successful verification of a valid claim.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s provided bank account.
• If a replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
• Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

If the delivery package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery immediately and contact our support team at info@mufaworld.co.in.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will not be processed if:

• The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
• The product has been used, opened, or altered in any way.
• The customer fails to provide a complete unboxing video and supporting evidence.

Mufa International Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to reject or delay refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
