Order Processing Time
All confirmed
orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and
public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully
placed, followed by a tracking ID once it has been dispatched.
In rare cases, processing may take longer due to stock availability,
verification delays, or logistical issues.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped,
you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier partner’s
tracking portal using your order ID or tracking number.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will contact you to
schedule another attempt.
In case delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to
our warehouse, and re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Tampered, or Lost Packages
If your package
appears tampered, damaged, or opened upon delivery, please refuse
acceptance and notify us immediately at info@mufaworld.co.in.
Once reported, our team will coordinate with the logistics provider and arrange
for a replacement or refund after verification.
If an order is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or full
refund within 5–7 business days after confirming the loss with the
courier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, contact number,
pincode) are entered correctly at checkout.
Mufa International Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for delays or non-delivery
due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
Currently, Mufa International Pvt. Ltd ships only within India.
International shipping services will be announced as soon as they become
available.
